This includes a range of remedial and optimisation techniques involving a variety of deep and shallow muscular massage strokes, soft tissue release, muscle energising, neuromuscular facilitation, acupressure and joint manipulation.
These can be combined with use of therapeutic equipment including ultrasound.
Problems involving injuries and training, stiffness and lack of mobility from over-strenuous exercise or repetitive strain can all be treated.

Holistic massage
 
Regular Swedish strokes plus some reflexology.
Can be a relaxing or stimulating massage according to your needs.
Detoxifies, improves mobility, tones muscles, soothes nerves, improves
circulation of the blood and drains lymph. 1½ hrs (full body): £80. 1 hour: £55
 
 
Indian head massage
 
Shoulders, arms, neck, head and face massaged over clothes or with oil. Alleviates tension, stress and stiffness, detoxifies, soothes eye strain, helps clear sinus congestion, aids concentration, tones scalp and face and relaxes.

Deep tissue massage  (structural integration)
 
The freeing up of muscles and fascia on a deep level, which allows the body to assume a more integrated posture and to release the ‘body armour’ of held traumas, to unblock and balance energy and alleviate stress and tension. £55 per hour
 
Remedial massage integrating Applied Kinesiology
 
Muscular problems can occur for a variety of reasons. Pam uses muscle-testing to determine imbalances and employs techniques from all of her skills to correct these.
