Dave is a highly experienced Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor, Sports Massage Therapist and Lower Back Pain Specialist. He combines over 13 years’ experience teaching workshops and running facilities in the UK and Japan into a unique system which is specifically tailored to suit each individual – regardless of physical limitations, fitness ability, or experience.
He is passionate about rehabilitating and strengthening the mind and body through holistic methods, and his sessions encompass elements of exercise, nutrition, manual therapy and mindfulness to help you achieve your goals. The focus is on principles over techniques, and the aim is to empower every client he sees to take control of their own health.
He has experience running a medical gym in Japan that specialised in working with elderly patients, and has helped everyone from first-time marathon runners and ultra-endurance athletes to ABA champion boxers, adventurers wanting to focus on prehab before a big event, and athletes hoping to return to their sport after an injury. Whatever your goal, the priority is to improve your health and wellness first, and this will always be placed above any hack or shortcut that promises a quick solution at the cost of one’s health.
